This game was created for the 2024 SA Game Jam, a 72 hour jam designed to showcase South African games and Developers. I created this game with some fellow students according to the theme of "The Midnight Staircase", a fairly philosophical game concept related to balancing Risk vs Reward.
In Hocus Focus, you play as a young wizard helping his mentor recover his stolen goods. It's full of jokes, memes and crude humour, with mechanics based on Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. (2001)
